65 × Removal and dismantling of existing Ms EXIDE make 48 V DC battery bank consisting of 23 nos. of 2 V, 645 AH YHP - 13 Plante type lead acid battery cells. , Shifting of PVC carboys containing drained old electrolyte from battery room to FBTR DM plant for neutralizing, Neutralizing the electrolyte and safe disposal. , Supply of 48 V DC Battery bank consisting of 23 Nos of 2 V, 645 AH, C 10 rated, Plante Lead Acid batteries in SAN polymer container. Purchase is through buyback agreement only. , Supply of Electrolyte 26.4 ltrs of Sulphuric acid per cell for 645 AH, 48 V DC battery bank , Supply of Spare 2 V, 645 AH dry cells , Supply of Spare electrolyte 26.4 ltrs of Sulphuric acid per cell for 4 nos of spare dry cells , Supply and replacement of plywood base plates suitable for the above 645 AH cells , Complete erection, installation and commissioning, commissioning testing and handing over the new battery banks to FBTR.
