Repair, Operation & maintenance of BARC Townships at Mysuru. SH: Day to day civil maintenance, including cleaning of water tank & sewer line, rendering services of manpower including materials and providing housekeeping, sanitation and cosmetic maintenance services by deployment of sweepers / unskilled labourers and supervisors including garbage collection, transportation and disposal, road sweeping, toilet cleaning and upkeep of common areas. Annual repair and maintenance of IEI and fans, DG set, Sub station equipments, street lights, split AC units etc for residential colonies of BARC (for 1 year) (Package-II)
