Upload early
Portals slow down in the last hours before popular deadlines, DSC and browser problems surface at the worst time, and the clock that matters is the portal's. Aim to finish a day early. Deadlines on this site are always shown in IST, as the portal states them, and a saved tender gets reminders 7, 3 and 1 days before it closes.
